1. Exquisite Super Blimp: (Extra Special Bitter) 5.0% ABV
Light amber colored English ale with a light fruity, floral and woodsy aroma. This ESB is extra special with the addition of juniper berries at the end of boil which impart light piney and citrus flavors. The piney notes complement the earth spicy aromatic hops that balance this English style ale.
2. Nuts & Bolts (Peanut Butter Milk Stout) 6.5% ABV *contains peanuts and lactose
Obsidian black with a tan head. Aromas of peanut butter, vanilla, chocolate, and roasted malt. Layers of peanuts, chocolate, vanilla, and roasted malt are balanced by a creamy full body. A true dessert beer! Brewed with Stone Path Malts
3. Shake - It Farm Stout (Blackberry Stout) 6.9% ABV
American Stout brewed with local blackberries from Shake - It Farm in Littleton. A Semi-dry stout with aromas of blackberries and roasted chocolate. Flavors of jammy berries, light roast coffee, and semisweet chocolate. A Smooth body and semi-dry finish.
4. 24 Porter (American Porter) 5%
Being located on Porter Rd it is only appropriate for us to make a porter a style enjoyed by us both! Our inaugural Porter is Deep Ebony in color with aromas of caramel, coffee, chocolate, and light bread crust reminiscent of a café. At first sip layers of toasted caramel, light coffee, and sweet chocolate flood the senses all wrapped up in a balanced soft medium bodied easy drinking beer.
5. Double Cloud Hopper (Double NEIPA) 8.4%ABV
When the brew is stronger than intended Cloud Hopper got a bigger brother, Double Cloud Hopper! This is an amped up version of Cloud Hopper with more alcohol and more hops (2+ pounds per barrel). Super amped up aromas of tangerine, mango, and pineapple. Thick and hazy and a bit sweet. Hits like a fresh glass of tropical mango orange juice.
6. Cloud Hopper: (New England IPA) 6.8% ABV
Our flagship (or should we say Airship!) NEIPA, hazy sun gold in color. Aromas of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, and orange jump out with a light undertone of dank. Medium bodied ale with huge tangerine, pineapple, and mango flavors. This Hazy IPA is balanced and smooth.
7. Last keg! Wild Wild West (West Coast IPA) 6.6 %abv 69IBU
Bright copper tone IPA with forward aromas of melon, pine resin, and grapefruit, undertones of caramel. Medium body with assertive piney and grapefruit flavors. Finishes with light notes of melon, dry and hoppy! Dry hopped with Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook.
8. Allomancer (West Coast Double IPA) 8.3%ABV
Our first brewery collaboration with our friends at Sterling Street Brewery (Clinton and Devens MA). This brew combines a love for hops, classic beer styles, and nerdom. Brewed with a copious (6 pounds per barrel) combination of delicious west coast hops; Cascade, Centennial, Columbus, Amarillo, and Simcoe. Bright orange hue with a bit of hop haze. Punchy aromas of orange, peach, pine resin, and lemon. Full bodied DIPA with flavors of candied orange, peach rings, and a resinous finish.
9. Little Zep: (Session NE IPA) 3.7% ABV
Hazy straw to golden in color with bouquet of tropical fruits (papaya, mango, pineapple and yuzu). The flavors match the aroma with tropical fruit notes along with strong citrus backbone. Hazy New England style with an easy drinking sessionable strength loaded with aroma and flavoring from generous double dry hopping.
10. Chuckaboo: (Italian Pilsner) 4.8% ABV
This brilliantly clear Italian Pilsner has aromas of noble hops, lemon zest, spice, and bread dough. The upfront flavors are bold with white grape, sweet citrus, and mild melon. Finishes with mild spice and floral notes. Chuckaboo is a Victorian slang word for best friend. We hope our Italian pilsner will be your next best friend!
11. Black Iron Furnace: (Black IPA) 8% ABV
This is one of our favorite beers! One of the first beers we brewed together as homebrewers, it has always been a favorite among our friends! Delightfully hopped with US and Australian hops, its color is Dark Mahogany with aromas of pine, sweet orange, stonefruit, roasted coffee, and dark chocolate. Tastes of pineapple mixed with stonefruit compliment the flavors of chocolate and light pine. This medium body ale will linger on the pallet with a bright hoppy lasting pine, and stonefruit flavors.
12. Polychromatic: Cranberry (Cranberry American Wheat Ale) 4% ABV
Our Holiday season fruit wheat ale with cranberry. Light pink and hazy from the wheat. This crushable light holiday ale boasts notes of fresh cranberries and citrus. Lightly tart, smooth, and refreshing.
13. Sleigh Booster (Winter Warmer Ale) 7.5% ABV
Amber ale brewed with German caramel malts and Valley Malt (Holyoke MA) rye and chocolate rye malt for a full body and rye spice. A touch of molasses gives this winter brew a warming tang. Hopped with Four Star Farm (Northfield, MA) Cascade and Centennial for a nice balance of citrus and pine resin. Spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg, and all spice. This is sure to warm you on the coldest of winter days.
14. Krampusnacht (Rauchbier “smoked larger”) 8.5% ABV
Our imperial Rauchbier marks the beginning of the holidays in Europe, particularly the Germanic areas, where on Krampusnacht (Krampus Night) parades, music, and food celebrate the holiday. Krampus is a goat-like monster who punishes naughty children with branches and sticks, and sometimes eats them or takes them to hell. This holiday falls the night before St. Nicholas day. St. Nicholas the bearer of gifts for the good children.
This smoked lager was brewed with a blend of Blue Ox Malt out of Maine featuring their maple smoked malt for a pleasant campfire and toasted marshmallow aroma and flavor. Amber in color and boasting aromas of toffee, wood smoke, and a hint of spice. Smooth rich body carries a blend of smoke, cherry, and toffee. The lingering finish is velvet and soft.
15. All Spruced Up (Hazy Pale, brewed with red spruce tips) 4.6%ABV
This hazy pale ale was brewed in collaboration and support of New England Forestry Foundation (NEFF). NEFF is a non-profit organization located in Littleton MA which pursues innovative programs to advance conservation and forestry throughout New England. This beer will raise funds and awareness! Hazy orange with bountiful aromas of citrus, spruce and an undertone of earthy mint. A pleasant moderate body supports big flavors of spruce, light lemon citrus, finishing slightly dry and minty.
16. Flexion Elixir (Hard Seltzer) 4.5% ABV
Our house seltzer is fermented with a clean American yeast and corn sugar. Brewed with gluten free products in a facility that produces beers with gluten containing ingredients. A light apple flavor with a dry and crisp finish. Base seltzer can be taken to new heights with your choice of a myriad of flavor infusions!
17. Lukr pour: The Automaton (Bohemian Pilsner) 5% ABV
This beautiful Pilsner style beer is a bright pale straw color with a light white head. Aromas of fresh baked bread, lemon, black pepper, and fresh cut grass. Crisp and thirst quenching with a medium to light body and moderate carbonation. Flavors of cracker and artisan bread crust are balanced by soft spicy, floral, and grassy notes. Bittered with Hallertau Magnum. Hersbruker and Czech Saaz for aroma and flavor hops. Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner malt is backed up by a touch of Stone Path Malt Munich and Signature Foam malts. Fermented with Omega Pilsner II. Lagered over a month in our horizontal lager tank named The Iron Lung. An Automaton is a robot.
What is a Lukr Tap?! This is a specialized Czech faucet to pour beer that will give you a different way to experience your beer. This tap controls the amount of foam on your beer. This foam is different too; It’s a wet foam containing 90-95% beer unlike dry foam on most beers which is 90% CO2 from keg head pressure.
There are 3 Pours with this tap Hladinka, Šnyt, and Mlíko. Hladinka; “standard pour” looks like your standard pour with a few fingers of foam. Šnyt; “Half pour” mug filled half way with one half beer and one half foam. Mlíko; “Milk Pour” This is a full Mug of wet Foam with a touch of beer on the bottom. this is drank quickly as to best enjoy the foam. Important to note: Mlíko Are a full glass of beer though it does not look it. Enjoy the foam!

Aureate Croissant (Almond Croissant Pastry White Stout) 9.8% ABV
Bright golden stout boasting aromas of almonds and fresh baked pastries. Hints of cinnamon and vanilla mix with the sweet almond to create a delicious dessert beer. This golden stout does not use roasted malts but instead relies on the addition of cocoa nibs and coffee to impart a subtly roasty caracted indicative of the stout style.
Mothership (Barrel aged Imperial Stout) 12.5%ABV
Our big imperial stout was barrel aged in blueberry mead (from The Colony in Tyngsboro) ex. Four Roses Bourbon barrel for 6 months and then blended with the rest of the batch, tank aged. This created a beautiful jet black, smooth stout with a dark tan head. Aromas of caramel, honey, dark fruits, and roast. Warm roasty chocolate and coffee notes mingled with caramel and dark fruit flavors. Finished smooth with a warming effect from the alcohol.
Barrel Aged Oak Hill Graf (Farmhouse Style Graf Ale) 6.5% abv
Oak Hill Graf got laid to rest in a bourbon barrel for 10 months. This farmhouse ale was co-fermented with sweet cider from Carlson Orchards up the road in Harvard MA. Pours a light straw color with a pillowy head. Aromas of oak, apple, white grape, and pear. With flavors of white grape, quince, and pear. Smooth oak finish on a dry effervescent ale.
Gaslamp (Fruited Mixed-fermentation Dark Ale) 8.7% ABV
Named for the fantasy cousin to Steampunk, Gaslamp Fantasy blends Steampunk with magic, often mythical creatures, and also often darker settings.
Deep ebony color with aromas of dark fruits, sweet hay, balsamic vinegar, and farmhouse ale funk. Smooth dry body with balanced acidity. Flavors of stone fruits, blackberries, and pie crust are engulfed in mild Brettanomyces funk. This dark ale was aged in third use Bourbon oak barrels once aged blueberry mead from HoneyBound Meadery in Tyngsborough then Mothership Imperial stout. This recipe has been a winner of the South Shore Brew Club’s 2021 Brewoff and recent winner of the 2024 Crafties Championship.
Just Dandy (Old Fashioned Inspired Mixed-fermentation Golden Ale) 10.3% ABV
Golden color, aromas of spice, crushed flowers, orange peel, and rainier cherries mingle with farmhouse ale funk. Dry and fruity with notes of nuts, clove, oak, and cherries. Tingling tartness with mello Brettanomyces funk notes. This barrel aged sour ale closely tastes like a funky tart interpretation of the classic bourbon cocktail.
Strawberry Incantation (Strawberry Mixed-fermentation Golden Ale) 10.2% ABV
Pinkish golden color, aromas of strawberry, oak, and mild funk. Bright acidity upfront with a dry sweet fruitiness. Jammy strawberry and tart raspberry notes dominate with a background note of oak and pear. This Mix-fermentation ale was conditioned on local strawberries from Theo’s Market.
