1. Tropical Sky Balloon (Pineapple Mango Sour) 3.4% ABV
Mango orange color. Aromas of bright tropical fruit punch with a touch of acidity. Sweet ripe tropical mango swirls with tangy pineapple. Refreshingly light and full of flavor with light tart sourness.
2. Monastic Time Machine: Boston Wort Processors Collaboration (Belgian Dubbel) 7.9% ABV
Late last year we were approached by the Boston Wort Processors Homebrew Club who are turning 40 this year, about doing a collaboration beer!! The members came up with this recipe which we scaled from 5 gallon to 100 gallon batch.
Deep Reddish brown ale with a persistent cream color head. Aromas of toffee, fresh baked bread, and fruit leather. Medium body with a touch of warmth. Smooth notes of torched sugar, brown bread, and warming spice. A unique fruity note in the background. This ale finishes smooth and dry.

3. Isaac Davis Brown (Colonial Brown Ale) 5.8% ABV
Walnut colored ale with light cream colored head. Aromas of honey, brown sugar, and toast, with a light undertone of nuttiness. Toasty and slightly nutty up front with light citrus, burnt caramel, and prune flavors in the finish coming from the molasses used in this beer. A very mild undertone of smoke invokes the notion of traditional brewing techniques. Finishes smooth and clean, not lingering long on the palate. This beer is a collaboration with the Acton 250 committee to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution.
4. 24 Porter (American Porter) 5%
Being located on Porter Rd it is only appropriate for us to make a porter a style enjoyed by us both! Our inaugural Porter is Deep Ebony in color with aromas of caramel, coffee, chocolate, and light bread crust reminiscent of a café. At first sip layers of toasted caramel, light coffee, and sweet chocolate flood the senses all wrapped up in a balanced soft medium bodied easy drinking beer.
5. Fog Lamp (Dry Hopped New Zealand Pale Ale) 4.9% ABV
Bright sunny hazy pale hopped with 100% Nelson Sauvin. The Addition of Phantasm Thiol Powder from New Zealand boosts the tropical punch of the Nelson Sauvin hops. This easy drinking pale has notes of white grapes, papaya, gooseberry, and mild earthiness. Just the right amount of sweetness and body balances the hop bitterness for a refreshing beer.
6. Cloud Hopper: (New England IPA) 6.6% ABV
Our flagship (or should we say Airship!) NEIPA, hazy sun gold in color. Aromas of tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, and orange jump out with a light undertone of dank. Medium bodied ale with huge tangerine, pineapple, and mango flavors. This Hazy IPA is balanced and smooth.
7. Little Zep: (Session NE IPA) 3.7% ABV
Hazy straw to golden in color with bouquet of tropical fruits (papaya, mango, pineapple and yuzu). The flavors match the aroma with tropical fruit notes along with strong citrus backbone. Hazy New England style with an easy drinking sessionable strength loaded with aroma and flavoring from generous double dry hopping.
8. Aida (West Coast IPA) 6.9% ABV
Aida is our 2025 Pink Boots Society Collab beer. Aida de Acosta Root Breckinridge was an American socialite and aviator. She was the first woman to fly a powered aircraft solo (a dirigible to be exact)! She only took 3 flying lessons before piloting on her own. Her empowerment and determination as a woman in the early 1900’s inspired us to name this beer after her.
Pink Boots Society aims to assist, inspire and encourage women and non-binary individuals in the fermented/alcoholic beverage industry to advance their careers. We brewed this beer in support of our women of Dirigible and our fellow women and non-binary individuals across the state and this country.
Our west coast IPA (a hallmark of American IPA’s) burst with aromas of peach rings, apricot, candied orange, and an underlining of resinous pine. Fruity flavors of apricot, peach, and candied oranges, with a firm pine resin note ends with a robust bitter bite.
9. Coffee Coggler (Coffee Cream Ale) 4.1% ABV
Blonde with a tint of burnt orange. Aromas of fresh coffee, honey and light citrus. Flavors of medium/light roasted coffee mix with the citrus tones of the cream ale with demerara sugar coming in at the finish. Undertones of white tea and sugar cookies. Brewed with Rwandan coffee roasted by our employee Jay and his new coffee roasting company Melted Record Roasting Company.
10. Cog In The Machine (Saison) 6.7%abv
Bright Copper color, aromas of sweet citrus, clove, and cardamom. Smooth, creamy texture with notes of spice, lemon, and papaya. Brewed with Buckwheat honey, coriander seed, grains of paradise, and cardamom.
11. Auxiliary Tank: Sumac (American Table Beer) 2.8% ABV
We took our quaffable table beer (auxiliary tank) and added local Sumac, a local plant with red flower cones. This wonderful striking flower has notes of pomegranate, lemonade, and herbal undertones. This beer tastes like pomegranate white tea with a twist of lemon.
12. La Maquina Vive (Amber Mexican Lager) 5.3% ABV
Light amber beer. Aromas of light caramel, chamomile tea, and white peppercorn. Soft and crisp with light spice, caramel, and floral flavors.
13. Caravan Lager Gage Cannabis Collaboration (Pre-Prohibition Style Lager) 4.20% ABV
Light sungold color, brilliant clarity. Lemon citrus and mild pepper spice aromas are backed by mild sweet notes of corn. Ultra smooth crisp lager with subtle flavors of yuzu citrus, white pepper, and corn chips. This beer features Four Star Farm Crystal Hops and malt from Stone Path Malt. This thirst quenching light lager is the perfect companion to gathering with friends.
14. Parchment Gold Lager: (American Golden Lager) 5.6% ABV
Golden in color with a solid white head and good glass lacing. Fruity and citrus aromas and flavors of white grape, grapefruit, and passionfruit. This medium/light bodied lager is easy drinking with full flavor. Brewed with Centennial, Citra, and Hallertau Blanc hops.
15. The Automaton (Bohemian Pilsner) 5.1% ABV
This beautiful Pilsner style beer is a bright pale straw color with a light white head. Aromas of fresh baked bread, lemon, black pepper, and fresh cut grass. Crisp and thirst quenching with a medium to light body and moderate carbonation. Flavors of cracker and artisan bread crust are balanced by soft spicy, floral, and grassy notes. Bittered with Hallertau Magnum. Hersbruker and Czech Saaz for aroma and flavor hops. Floor Malted Bohemian Pilsner malt is backed up by a touch of Stone Path Malt Munich and Signature Foam malts. Fermented with Omega Pilsner II. Lagered over a month in our horizontal lager tank named The Iron Lung. An Automaton is a robot.
16. Flexion Elixir (Hard Seltzer) 4.5% ABV
Our house seltzer is fermented with a clean American yeast and corn sugar. Brewed with gluten free products in a facility that produces beers with gluten containing ingredients. A light apple flavor with a dry and crisp finish. Base seltzer can be taken to new heights with your choice of a myriad of flavor infusions!
17.Lukr Pour: Rusty Spanner (Polotmavy) 4.4% ABV
This Czech style amber lager is a rusty copper color and brilliantly clear. Aromas of lightly toasted artisanal bread and mildly fruity. Crisp light bodied perfect for a warm summer day. Flavors are delicate; spice, breadcrust, and raw sugar.
What is a Lukr Tap?! This is a specialized Czech faucet to pour beer that will give you a different way to experience your beer. This tap controls the amount of foam on your beer. This foam is different too; It’s a wet foam containing 90-95% beer unlike dry foam on most beers which is 90% CO2 from keg head pressure.
There are 3 Pours with this tap Hladinka, Šnyt, and Mlíko. Hladinka; “standard pour” looks like your standard pour with a few fingers of foam. Šnyt; “Half pour” mug filled half way with one half beer and one half foam. Mlíko; “Milk Pour” This is a full Mug of wet Foam with a touch of beer on the bottom. this is drank quickly as to best enjoy the foam. Important to note: Mlíko Are a full glass of beer though it does not look it. Enjoy the foam!

Stovepipe Hat (Dry Irish Stout) 4.2% ABV
Dark with ruby hues and a thick beige head, thanks to nitro serving. Aromas of chocolate, coffee, and toffee. Medium/light body with light roast, caramel, and bready flavors. Smooth creamy texture. Slainte!
Pennyfarthing: (English Mild) 4.9% ABV
An instant favorite among many, this golden hue English ale boasts aromas of sweet floral honey mixed with light citrus zest. This quaffable ale is floral with notes of honey, citrus, and bready biscuits. The light dry finish does not stop the flavors of this beer from leaving the pallet quickly, this beer has a nice lasting flavor that sticks with you till your next sip.

Brass Goggles (German Hefeweizen) 5.1% ABV
Light Hazy straw-colored ale with light white head. This ale has aromas of banana and clove spice derived from the hefeweizen yeast strain used to ferment this beer. Flavors of light banana, spice and fresh baked bread finishes with a light citrus Character.
Polychromatic: Strawberry (Strawberry Wheat Ale) 4.7%
Pours hazy light pink hue. This beer is an American wheat ale with strawberry puree. Soft and velvet texted beer is complimented nicely by sweet flavors of strawberry. This is a summer crusher.
Bottles to-go
Aureate Croissant (Almond Croissant Pastry White Stout) 9.8% ABV
Bright golden stout boasting aromas of almonds and fresh baked pastries. Hints of cinnamon and vanilla mix with the sweet almond to create a delicious dessert beer. This golden stout does not use roasted malts but instead relies on the addition of cocoa nibs and coffee to impart a subtly roasty caracted indicative of the stout style.
Barrel Aged Oak Hill Graf (Farmhouse Style Graf Ale) 6.5% abv
Oak Hill Graf got laid to rest in a bourbon barrel for 10 months. This farmhouse ale was co-fermented with sweet cider from Carlson Orchards up the road in Harvard MA. Pours a light straw color with a pillowy head. Aromas of oak, apple, white grape, and pear. With flavors of white grape, quince, and pear. Smooth oak finish on a dry effervescent ale.
Gaslamp (Fruited Mixed-fermentation Dark Ale) 8.7% ABV
Named for the fantasy cousin to Steampunk, Gaslamp Fantasy blends Steampunk with magic, often mythical creatures, and also often darker settings.
Deep ebony color with aromas of dark fruits, sweet hay, balsamic vinegar, and farmhouse ale funk. Smooth dry body with balanced acidity. Flavors of stone fruits, blackberries, and pie crust are engulfed in mild Brettanomyces funk. This dark ale was aged in third use Bourbon oak barrels once aged blueberry mead from HoneyBound Meadery in Tyngsborough then Mothership Imperial stout. This recipe has been a winner of the South Shore Brew Club’s 2021 Brewoff and recent winner of the 2024 Crafties Championship.
Just Dandy (Old Fashioned Inspired Mixed-fermentation Golden Ale) 10.3% ABV
Golden color, aromas of spice, crushed flowers, orange peel, and rainier cherries mingle with farmhouse ale funk. Dry and fruity with notes of nuts, clove, oak, and cherries. Tingling tartness with mello Brettanomyces funk notes. This barrel aged sour ale closely tastes like a funky tart interpretation of the classic bourbon cocktail.
Strawberry Incantation (Strawberry Mixed-fermentation Golden Ale) 10.2% ABV
Pinkish golden color, aromas of strawberry, oak, and mild funk. Bright acidity upfront with a dry sweet fruitiness. Jammy strawberry and tart raspberry notes dominate with a background note of oak and pear. This Mix-fermentation ale was conditioned on local strawberries from Theo’s Market.
