Come for a small group tasting of some of our barrel aging beers and finished products aged in wood barrels lead by Colin Knirk Co-owner and Brewer of Dirigible Brewing Company. We will dive into how barrels are used as an ingredient and as a storage vessel. This tasting will include a tasting of 6-8 of our beers, and the opportunity to be among the first to taste and purchase our English Barleywine Ale!
